Please Note: ONE ELEVEN | ON THE MILE is located in a newly developed neighbourhood. While this ensures a modern and vibrant area, it also means there may be some daytime construction noise from nearby houses during weekdays. The evenings and nights, however, are wonderfully quiet.

Please supervise young children around the pool area, gym equipment, and the back of the property, as a garden hedge blocks a bank. Keep the pool cover on when not in use.

There is one security camera outside by the front door facing the street, which cannot see or hear inside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
